It is important to understand, as with most people, Your feelings of sadness or happiness sometimes are more real because they start affecting your energy – which of course, affects your overall health. Likewise, if you allow your sad times to occupy too much of your thought patterns, it makes them so much more real. Never forget that your thoughts – especially reoccurring thoughts, are only one step away from intentions or action. You can make yourself sadder by thinking about any negative too often! Being alone does not, and should not limit, or create either a positive or negative emotion. Understanding the importance of being alone from time to time is healthy, and wise for each of us to learn. We grow from both feelings of sadness and happiness when we understand the viable lessons from both. It is most important to Never discredit your gut or heart/head instinct. You are not paranoid, as your body can and does pick up on bad vibrations. Go back to square one:  deep breathe and start repeating positive affirmations, then take yourself to some place of nature to envelop yourself away from any negatives.

Here are some very affective Health Affirmations I’ve gathered – pick and choose which works best for you, or take two or three to work on for a few days or weeks. I’ve been eating more raw veggies, and really have noticed the difference in my overall system.

As said before, You can change any negative, habitual thinking patterns and expand your beliefs beyond whatever was handed to you by your parents, culture, religion or education. Affirmations bring in a needed dose of enthusiasm, expansion, intuition and faith for new ground can be created. Recognize and eliminate your negative thinking patterns that cause self-sabotage, which definitely is affecting your health. This is not just me, as research has consistently proven that 90% of All health issues – including diseases – are related to your emotional condition. Expand consciousness to totally believe that you are loved unconditionally, and you are perfect in your imperfections. This helps you to see and accept Spirit move through you and around you, to give you the abundance, wisdom, good health and support you are meant to have.

Who and what is surrounding you, can and often does affect your emotions, if you allow them to do so. So, if something deep inside of you says something is not right about a person or a situation, trust it and move away from it or them. Unfortunately, many of us are now frequently faced with these kinds of choices in our lives. You must put your own health and emotions above those who may be invading, or trying to control your thoughts in your life. Make those honest assessments about whether the price of staying in any negative relationship is one your health can afford, or what you may have to pay. Truly you can find alternative choices – even being alone or changing from a negative job, so you can bring more joy and fulfillment into your life.

Basically, you have three choices:  stay where you are and continue to pay the damaging health and emotional price; talk to your partner to see if they will care enough to truly change, or move on. Don’t forget that when you continue to procrastinate a life-decision, the Universe will eventually make that choice for you in not the most positive way. When you choose what gives you the greatest return in good health, as well joy and peace of mind/heart, the positive energy will flow unlimited to you.
