Active Life

As I mentioned on Facebook, though this blog was written over 2 weeks ago, my problem of shortness of breath had not really begun to take it’s energy-sucking toll on me. So, the irony of the theme of this blog shows how quickly things change. As my meds work on removing the clots in my ancillary lung arteries, I’m rebuilding my energy level. Once again I’m so very grateful for my good health. Be well friends, and don’t ignore the signs! It was probably the bronchitis that it off.

The more active a life we work at having, the more inertia kicks in to keep us active. When I got so sick back in February with bronchitis, I missed several weeks of my water aerobics. Then I was out of town and then I had a friend visit, which were both very enjoyable, but again I missed my scheduled exercise. I could not believe how quickly my muscles softened as I became stiff. I don’t need to talk about all the benefits of regular exercise, as it is well known even if not practiced. But personal experience truly brought it to my attention, as stress began to gain on me as my body had become such a bundle of nerves. Interesting how that ‘snowball-affect’ pulls in so many other others things as it goes sliding downhill.

Yes, being human isn’t easy, as it is a spiritual as well a physical journey, so finding ways to bring balance between mind, body and soul cannot be ignored even if inconvenient, irritating or frustrating. You could say it is the results of our willingness to want at some level a life that is enriched, creative and spiritual. So, while we work at fixing what we can, it is still important to love our imperfections – spiritual or physical as they are part of the complexities of who we are.

Yes, be comfortable with being a work in progress that is NOT working toward perfection – just the best we can be. No, we are not weak, we are humans working on strengthening all parts of ourselves that we can without any shame or perceived imperfections. Deep breathe and find strength in every positive choice.

You may be healing hidden pain, so allow Love’s Light to illuminate your inner compassion within just for you. We need to be more aware and accept that we truly are becoming whole and empowered with each understanding of any difficult experience. Our paths are full of potential, leading us to discover an innate divine empowerment that has long been embodied. Think of doors opening that were long closed, that brilliant Light shining, as we awaken to our power of Love within. Remember to embrace your ability to forgive yourself, as everything was merely an experience to learn from, bringing the freedom of Love within. Don’t let any of your limiting beliefs plague your mind, or be verbalized into judgements of yourself or others. It is all a learning process, so while you’re here you keep working!

As I look out on Spring finally taking hold of nature, it fascinates me how there are a few trees that hold on to their dead leaves until the new leaf growth actually pushes the dead ones out. Think about that image, and how because you have not released the old, you may be putting new, positive energy off from coming into you. My angels sometimes nudge me lovingly that they are there to help me with anything I truly desire. Their offers are also a chance to grow in greater faith and love by expecting good in my life! It is important not to fear disappointment, but have faith, trust in the right way and time for something to come to me. And, never forget to Thank God and your angels in advance for all the abundance and grace given. That’s Empowerment!
